Carol graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2001 with a first-class honours degree in Optometry.  She successfully completed the Independent Prescribing qualification in 2021 which allows her to effectively assist Prof. Srinivasan in her role within the clinic.  Carol has an interest in diabetic eye disease and also works as a Level 2 diabetic grader for the Ayrshire & Arran Diabetic Screening Programme.
